PARADE & CONCERT IN THE AFTERNOON - & - AFTER PARTY @ NIGHT

The Independence Day PARADE is the Major event of all and it's scheduled for Saturday Oct 9th @ 11am, from 54th St. and ends on 44th St 2nd Avenue right in front of the famous Nigeria Consulate building also know as the "Nigeria House", in the heart of Manhattan NYC (the biggest City in the world).

Every Nigerian is expected to come out with Green and White outfit to represent our beloveth country, Nigeria. There will be lots of activities such as selling and buying of Nigerian food, clothing, flags, audio & video cds, souvenirs and many more. Also, artists from Nigeria and in the U.S. will be there to entertain everyone.

The Winners of Mr & Ms Independence 2010 contest from the Cultural Night, will appear on the YOUTH Float at the Parade ground.
 
 

The Independence Celebration continues later in the evening with the THE ANNUAL PARADE AFTER PARTY @ MOKA Nite Club 130 - 35 91st Ave. Richmond Hill NY 11418.

Come and enjoy the very best of Hip- Hop, R & B, Reggae, Soca and our own famous Nigerian songs from the best Nigerian DJs in New York City and beyound. Also, many Nigerian/ American celebrities will be in da house, so, come with your camera, pen and paper for autograph. It's gonna be fun!
